Here at Jack's we are delighted to provide a showcase of the gourmet delicacies that Gippsland has to offer and is famous for. That's why we say dining at Jack's is “Gippsland's culinary experience”.

We seek out the best local produce and raw materials to use in our kitchen. The pork, beef, lamb and poultry are all free range or organic as are the majority of our fruit and vegetables.

Our chefs use the best local virgin olive oils, grape seed oils and goose fat (which has half the saturated fat content of butter and is very nutritious). This really gives flavour to meats and poultry. We use no preservatives, artificial enhancers or short cuts. Even our stocks are made the old fashioned way. Most of the herbs are locally grown for us and our spices are fresh and at their peak.
